Academy of Independent Pharmacists (VPhA-AIP)
VPhA-AIP strives to increase the number and viability of independent pharmacists and independent pharmacies in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and to advance the practice of pharmacy care.

Academy of Pharmacy Technicians (VPhA-APT)
VPhA-APT works to unite pharmacy technicians, provide social, educational and legislative activities geared to the needs of the technician. It is the academy’s goal to promote and provide support for all pharmacy technicians and encourage national certification.

Academy of New & Future Practitioners (VPhA-ANFP)
VPhA-ANP’s purpose is to unite new and future practitioners, provide social and educational activities geared to the needs of new and future practitioners, while encouraging leadership and participation at the state and national levels.

Academy for Workplace Well-Being (VPhA-AWW)
VPhA-AWW is committed to addressing the well-being and resiliency of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in the workplace. The Academy will provide education and advocacy related to the changing role of employee pharmacists and technicians and serve as a safe place to voice concerns.
Academy of Consultant Pharmacists (VPhA-ACP)

Academy of Medical Cannabis (VPhA-AMC)
VPhA- AMC’s purpose is to promote the general welfare of patients in Virginia by ensuring that the medical use of cannabis in Virginia remains safe, effective, and pharmacist-led. The Academy will provide education and advocacy related to the safe and effective use of medical cannabis to healthcare providers, students, patients, and industry partners.
