Pushing More Than Just Pills: Pharmacists Promoting Health Equity – Home Study

Overview

This CE will review health disparities and social determinants of health, highlighting how the aforementioned are linked to health outcomes. Actionable interventions to employ in the pursuit of health equity will be discussed. This session will be applicable to all pharmacists regardless of practice setting. This CE will be delivered utilizing lecture, audience response polling, group discussion, and situational case review modalities.
